Artwork Specifications
Should clients or their advertising agencies wish to supply us with artwork, we require it in the following formats.
LED Video Board (Big Screen)
Size: PAL (720 x 576)
Aspect ratio: 4:3 or 16:9
Video: MPEG 2 DV uncompressed file format, Standard Definition, (Standard windows codec's)
Audio: 48khz, 16bit, Stereo / Embedded in video file
Colour: RGB
Time: 30 seconds
Supplied on: DVD or Flash drive
LED Perimeter board (Digital Adscroll)
Size: 560 x 84
Video: Uncompressed AVI
Audio: No Audio
Colour: RGB
Time: 10 / 20 / 30 seconds
Supplied on: DVD or Flash drive
Production
Should clients request that we make their ads, we require any material that they wish to display on our LED boards in the following formats:
- Vector (Adobe Illustrator, Macromedia Freehand, Corel Draw).
All text must be converted to paths/curves, or the agency must provide the fonts separately. - High Resolution, RGB, JPEG images
Note the following:
- It is advisable for clients to provide us with Corporate Identity guidelines in order for us to be 100% consistent with their brand.
- Clients are advised to provide us with a basic brief as to the type of animation and timing of events. This will ensure that the message is consistent with their current marketing campaigns.
- Clients are encouraged to put us in contact with their advertising agencies to ensure that the ads we produce are consistent with their current marketing campaigns.
- We also encourage clients to consider displaying different messages at different events.
Deadlines:
Artwork must be provided at least 3 days prior to the event.
This provides us with ample time to check the artwork and to send it to the correct event location.
